Beth managed public relations, program development, and program management for the Mark Taper Center for Health Enhancement at UCLA Medical Center. She is passionate about all animals, especially her three dogs, Norton, Pebbles, and Minnie Mouse.
For the past 23 years, Shannon Delgado, co-founder of WhatCanWe.org, has co-owned Delgado Group Insurance. Additionally, she volunteered as VP of Ways and Means for her local PTA board, where she chaired numerous fundraising events that netted over $100,000. An avid animal lover, Shannon has a desire to apply her experience to help offset the often crippling cost of veterinary expenses animal rescue organizations incur. Animal Cruelty Task Force, a dedicated team of LAPD detectives and animal control officers who investigate animal cruelty and neglect. Dr. Jonokuchi is a proud graduate of UC Davis, School of Veterinary Medicine. Recently, she sold her clinic in Calabasas of 23 years and is still practicing part-time. In addition to being a small animal veterinarian, she is also trained in wildlife, zoo, reptile, bird, rabbit and pocket pet medicine. Dr J. lives in Newbury Park with her husband, 2 children, 2 dogs and 2 cats. Her pets, of course, are all rescues. In the past, she had provided the local animal shelter and rescue organizations with veterinary care, but she recognized that there has to be a more efficient way for even more groups to be supported. Cathy Shanley, is a seasoned marketing consultant with 20 years of professional experience, including ten years at Intel Corporation, and brings the unique combination of 10 years of direct volunteer experience in the animal rescue community where she created, implemented and oversaw outreach, fundraising and adoption events as well as her proven track record of integrated sales and marketing experience. Her decade of experience within the rescue community has included creating, implementing and overseeing marketing, promotional campaigns, community outreach, fundraising and adoption events. She builds and manages websites, email campaigns and social media integration for both WhatCanWe and the business community. In addition to her passion for making a difference, she enjoys spending time at home in Westlake Village with her husband Kevin and their dogs, Oscar and Lucy. Her hobbies include, hiking, dancing, walking the dogs and boating.
Kathy Costas started her career in financial services in 2008 and joined Merrill Lynch in 2012. The mission of her practice is to educate and empower clients so they understand and feel in control of their financial future and the well-being of their loved ones.
She has been a very active volunteer in a variety of school activities and organizations such as the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and Dining for Women. She lives with her 3 children and dog Tanner.
